Marki Microwave: We’re proud to introduce the 2-22 GHz MM1-0222H mixer with a 10:1 bandwidth ratio covering critical bands for electronic warfare, radar, and communication applications. This high IP3, high isolation MMIC mixer operates with a wide LO drive of +11 to +20dBm and has a low 6dB conversion loss through C-band. The MM1-0222H is available as bare die and connectorized module.
